Familiar with quantitative research is preferred, as well as familiarity with design software. Previous research experience is also preferred. Candidates with experience in writing research funding applications are highly welcome.

Position- Ph.D. Candidate
Future Spaces Vision Lab
Professor Mirna’s research is actively exploring human-environment interactions through data driven spatial psychology. Her research replies to the SDGs agenda for psychological health and well-being and focuses on stress levels and brain responses to visual complexity. She received her BA and MA at IUAV The University of Venice together with her license for practicing Architecture. She holds a PhD from City University of Hong Kong awarded with the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS). After working as an architect in Sydney, she was also a senior research fellow in Venice and taught and was an invited lecturer in several international institutions and practices in Mexico, Italy, and Hong Kong. Before joining SUSTech, she was working in The University of Hong Kong.
